Can I still have flowers delivered today?
We do offer same-day delivery on orders placed on our website or over the phone by 12 pm Monday thru Saturday. We do reserve the right to cut off same day delivery at any time and any day without notice.

Do you deliver flowers outside of the Atlanta area?
We do not personally deliver outside of our designated local delivery areas but are more than happy to take your order and send it to a local florist in the city in which it needs to be delivered. When ordering out of our local delivery areas, there is a standard $12.99 delivery fee plus a $5 relay charge for us to send the order to a local florist in the delivery area. The price of the delivery fee may be subject to change depending on the required delivery fee of the filling florist. Delivery times and dates may also change, depending on the delivery schedule and availability of the filling florist.
How do I check the status of an order?
Holiday Deliveries:
During the busiest times of the year, we ask for your patience with getting your gift delivered. We make every effort to get all our deliveries out in a timely fashion and turn down orders when we reach maximum capacity. The more we must stop and identify the status of an order the more it can slow us down.
Please remember to meet the demands of a busy holiday season we have contract drivers who come to help deliver your package. It can take some time to identify which contract driver has your gift and when your gift may be delivered. It is important to keep in mind that we do not consider your delivery late until after 4 p.m. for businesses and 5 p.m. for residential deliveries unless the order is for a funeral service. All sympathy orders going to funeral services are delivered an hour before the visitation or service. E-mail confirmations of deliveries are still available during the Holidays but often come later in the day once all the deliveries have been made.

If you provided us with a valid e-mail address, then you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your delivery once the driver returns to the shop.
Orders placed online:
Please wait at least 30 minutes after placing an order online before contacting us to allow sufficient time for the information to be processed. Once your order has been processed, an e-receipt will be sent to the email you provided with all the details of your order. If you haven’t received it, check the spam/junk folder of your email. If you still cannot find one, feel free to call us and we will re-send the receipt to you.

What is your local delivery area?
Our local delivery areas include Atlanta, Avondale Estates, Candler McAfee, Chamblee, Clarkston, Decatur, Doraville, Druid Hills, East Lake, Kirkwood, Lake Clair, Lilburn, Lithonia, Oakhurst, Pine Lake, Redan, Scottdale, Smoke Rise, Snellville, Stone Mountain, and Tucker.
We can deliver anywhere else in the state or country through our network of florists.
Do you deliver flowers internationally?
We do not deliver internationally; however, we can take orders from international customers via our website and over the phone, provided the correct billing and charge card information is provided.
What happens if no one is home?
Typically, we call recipients before delivery to verify when someone will be available to receive the delivery. Every situation is unique though, and is dependent on weather, temperature, neighbors, and what kind of shelter is available.
In most cases, if there is adequate shelter and weather/temperature permits, orders will be left at the front door, on the porch, or even in a carport or garage if specified by the recipient to leave the delivery there.
